THE MILFORD LOCATION HAS MOVED DIRECTLY TO WALNUT BEACH

Scoot & Paddle is Connecticut’s premier outdoor adventure facility nestled along Milford’s picturesque coastal town with direct water access to Long Island Sound. We are a multifaceted business, proudly offering a diverse range of services that cater to both seasoned adventurers and those looking to dip their toes into the world of outdoor recreation.
We offer grab and go rentals, lessons for those just starting out, and many group events for those who want to be surrounded by like-minded water lovers and don't want to go it alone. We also offer customizable events for team building, birthday parties, class trips and private guiding.

Milford residents enjoy free parking in the large Walnut Beach lot. Please pick up your beach sticker free at Town Tax office.
Out of town Scoot & Paddle guests can enjoy limited parking (during your reservation rental time) in front of the pump house right before the entrance to Walnut Beach. It is a grass and gravel lot in front of the brick wall with black gates on the corner of East Broadway and Viscount Dr. (located after the metered parking along E Broadway but before the beach entrance.)
You will see the A-Frame sign for Scoot & Paddle. DO NOT BLOCK THE BLACK GATE. Do not block other vehicles in unless traveling in same party. There is additional free street parking at the opposite end of East Broadway and Naugatuck Ave. Anything without a number is free or timed.
During the height of summer, weekends at the beach will fill up and free parking becomes scarce, you may have to plan for a little bit of a walk or pay the $5 hourly parking along the street.
There is also the option of parking at Silver Sands State Park which is free for CT residents. You can walk the boardwalk or the old road.
